In the field of new energy vehicles, Xinyuan New Materials' automotive-grade sintered silver materials have become the core materials for SiC module packaging by virtue of their high thermal conductivity and low-temperature sintering process.

The independently developed sintered silver paste PA-100A03A can directly realize chip sintering on the bare copper AMB substrate, simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing costs. 

As the first domestic supplier in China to put sintered silver into mass production for vehicles, our products have been applied in batches to key components such as motor controllers and battery management systems of leading automotive companies like BYD, Xiaomi, and XPeng. By the end of 2024, the total number of vehicles equipped with our products by end customers exceeded 800,000.
